- Verifying payments through uploaded screenshots and activating your subscription

- Payment Processing — Payment verification details (screenshots) are handled internally by our admin team. We do not integrate with third-party payment gateways that store your card details.
- Cloud Storage & Backend — Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure. Access is restricted to authorized personnel only.
We require all third parties to maintain appropriate security standards and to use your data only for the specified purpose.

We take the security of your personal information seriously. D DabbaWala implements the following safeguards:

- Payment screenshots are stored securely and accessible only to verified admin accounts
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
While we implement strong technical measures, no internet-based service can guarantee 100% security. We encourage you to use a strong password and keep your account credentials confidential.

How to Delete Your Account
You have the right to request deletion of your D DabbaWala account and all associated personal data at any time. To submit a deletion request, simply send an email to us with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

Include your registered email address or phone number in the message so we can identify your account.
Upon receiving your request, we will:
- Verify your identity to prevent unauthorized deletion requests
- Permanently delete your account and all associated personal data within 30 days

- Send you a confirmation email once the deletion is complete
Please note that some data may be retained for a limited period if required by law (e.g. transaction records for tax compliance) and will be deleted as soon as legally permissible.
